Join us at a special gathering of CCPA-BC supporters in Victoria on BC Budget Day, Tuesday, February 21. Our staff will provide analysis of the provincial budget in comparison to our own budget submission that highlighted seven priority areas: child care, poverty reduction, education and healthcare funding, affordable housing, climate action, proceeds from natural resource development, and progressive tax reform.

At the gathering, Resource Analyst Ben Parfitt, Senior Economist Iglika Ivanova, Public Finance Analyst Alex Hemingway, and Communications Director Jean Kavanagh will talk about our most-recent research in relation to the coming election. There will also be time for a moderated Q&A.
